****WHITEOUT!!!!*****

I know, I am a little obsessive about the snow situation, so this will be my last post about it. Today we are literally having a whiteout. It's CRAZY! This pic doesn't do it justice, but I had to put it on anyway, just because it's so nuts out there! You can hardly see the cars on the road, and you can't even tell there's a park across the street! It's INSANE! Hope your weather is better, where ever you are!

Cub Scouts!!

I am not a great cub-parent. Now that that statement is out there, I fully expect to be called as a Den Mother or something. Maybe I should retract the statement. BUT. I will say that after seeing my brand-new cubscout in his spanking new uniform, my heart has melted a little. I mean seriously... who could resist this boy?? :) Of course, I didn't notice the stain that dinner left on his undershirt until now. I swear. Can you EVER keep them clean???

Oh, to be a kid again...

How awesome would it be to enjoy a cookie this thoroughly? I mean, Oreos are good, but man. This is pure happiness. Joy even! David calls this is "Gomez Addams" look... (anyone see the Addams family where they have the baby and he has a mustache?) :)

HARRIS IS 8!!!!

So. 2 words for you. Kangaroo Zoo. It's a good thing ZOO is in the title, as it was a frickin free for all. I (incorrctly) assumed that when you pay 1/2 of your kid's college fund to have a birthday party there, that you would have it to yourself, like at PUMP IT UP. (the orignal version of the crazy bouncy house party place.) Not only do you NOT have it all to yourself, but all of Utah basically is invited. You know though, once it insane stress part was over, it was really, really fun. All of my sibs were there, which in itself is a minor miracle as well as 2 of David's brothers and families. It was great... here's the pictorial of the CRAZY event.

OK, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!

This morning I woke up to 8 inches of fresh fallen snow. (I guess I exagerated Mom and Kenon, I thought it was a foot) BUT, to be fair on top of the other 6 inches that were there from Yesterday, it's over a foot. UGH. I never thought I would miss Oregon's Rain! Remember, this picture is only of the NEW snow on top of David's (Not being used due to rear wheel drive) car.

Check out poor Broozer. He went out to go potty, and he fell in. I triedto snap a pic of him literally buried in the snow, but due to the snot that had frozen on my face, I had turned the camera off to blow it. I missed the best picture EVER! Dang!! Anyway, look at the snow caught in his collar and on his HEAD!

It's finally here! Christmas!!!

Christmas day is usually full of GROUCHY sleepless kids and hungry ones who have realized they missed breakfast due to all the Santa Excitement. Not here... My kids slept until 7:45 and then wanted to eat before all the festivities began. Can you believe that?? WIERD! They must not be mine after all...

Anyway, after Mickey Waffles were out of the way we made our way to Christmas. Here's a

I wish this weren't so blurry. This was the perfect picture. It showed the excitement on the kid's faces so well! DANGIT! This is them waiting for the stockings to be brought out. Oh well...
